Scope of Services
We provide professional Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move In / Move Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, and Airbnb turnover services. The exact scope depends on the service selected, property condition, and any confirmed requests prior to the appointment.
Estimates and Pricing
Quotes are based on property size, service type, number of rooms, and condition. If actual conditions differ significantly, adjustments in price or service time may apply.
Scheduling and Arrival Windows
Arrival times may be provided as a window to allow flexibility for traffic and prior appointments. We communicate promptly in case of delays.
Access to the Property
Clients must provide safe and timely access. If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Safety and Working Conditions
Please secure pets and provide a safe working environment. We reserve the right to stop service if unsafe conditions are present.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation of fixtures, or normal wear and tear. Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.
