Before Your Appointment

Please remove excess clutter from floors and surfaces so our team can access all cleaning areas efficiently.

Secure fragile or valuable items. While we work carefully, pre-existing damage or unstable items should be addressed in advance.

If you have special instructions, product preferences, or areas requiring extra attention, inform us prior to your appointment.

Access to Your Property

Ensure safe and timely access at the scheduled time. If entry requires a key, lockbox, gate code, or alarm instructions, please provide details in advance.

If we cannot access the property upon arrival, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Pets and Safety

Please secure pets that may interfere with cleaning activities or entry/exit. Our team must be able to move freely and safely within the home.

We reserve the right to pause or stop service if working conditions are unsafe.

Preparing for Best Results

Cleaning time is focused on cleaning rather than organizing. Excessive clutter may reduce results or require additional time.

For Deep Cleaning or Move-Out services, ensure utilities such as water and electricity are active during the appointment.

Communication and Feedback

If something was missed within the agreed scope, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and address the concern promptly.
